KeywordXtreme Crash As Soon As Analyze or Brainstorm Functions Started
This error has a simple solution.

1 . Start Internet Explorer
2. Click the "Gear" shaped button. (Top Right Corner)
3. CLick Internet Options
4. Navigate to the "Security Tab"
5. Now there are 5 zones there (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites & Restricted Sites). Click them each and check the "Protected Mode" checkbox below for each.
6. Here is a picture of the Security Settings :

This should fix the crash problem.
If the problem still persists, please go to Settings Tab in Kx, click the "Support" button at the bottom, and click the "Test Browser" button. This will tell you what the problem is.

Thanks Volkan, that did the trick!

@ speedo1456: The "Test Browser" button can be found here: "Settings" tab > "Support" button at the bottom > "Test Browser" is then located below the "Research" tab. I noticed Volkan has already given similar directions... it's easy to overlook the "Test Browser" button though. Hope this helps.

Hi Volkan,
KX works good, but when i'm checking "Search Volume & CPC" and after about 20 minutes appear message - "Can't find the Get ideas button" (using IE9)

Is it possible to use other browser for emulation than IE?
