This error has a simple solution.

2. Click the "Gear" shaped button. (Top Right Corner)
3. CLick Internet Options
4. Navigate to the "Security Tab"
5. Now there are 5 zones there (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites & Restricted Sites). Click them each and check the "Protected Mode" checkbox below for each.
6. Here is a picture of the Security Settings : http://oi42.tinypic.com/16howeo.jpg

Thanks Volkan, that did the trick!
@ speedo1456: The "Test Browser" button can be found here: "Settings" tab > "Support" button at the bottom > "Test Browser" is then located below the "Research" tab. I noticed Volkan has already given similar directions... it's easy to overlook the "Test Browser" button though. Hope this helps.

Hi Volkan,
KX works good, but when i'm checking "Search Volume & CPC" and after about 20 minutes appear message - "Can't find the Get ideas button" http://joxi.ru/kcLUUhjKTJBCAciiOfE (using IE9)
Is it possible to use other browser for emulation than IE?
